Interested in buying a Sonno Home? Place a refundable deposit to secure your allocation while you review documents.

2. Acquire Allocation

Once approved, you'll work closely with our team to secure your desired allocation, conduct property tours and select time slots. You'll also gain access to our network and our rental platforms.

3. Enjoy Your Dream Home

That's it! Now you can enjoy your new home! We strive to complete the entire process within 30-60 days depending on demand.
